Maike Ludley
Research Manager

Maike specialises in research on and for the arts and cultural sector.

 She holds a Masters degree with Distinction in International Cultural Policy and Management entailing a rich knowledge of cultural industries and practices. Currently, Maike is studying towards a PhD at the University of Warwick focusing on decision-making processes in cultural policy making. Her research project explores interpretative methodologies in cultural policy research with a special focus on language and meaning in policy making in the arts and cultural sector.

 In the past Maike has gained valuable experience working as part of the Front of House team at Warwick Arts Centre, as student advisor for Freie University Berlin International Summer and Winter University and as administrator for Lesewelt Berlin e.V., a non-profit organisation that coordinates free reading session in public libraries.

 Languages spoken include German.
